Kstudios Property Services was founded by Kwesi J. Otoo, after completing architectural training, Kwesi began his career working as a freelance architectural designer for established practices, including Barr Gazetas, where he contributed to large-scale commercial schemes such as the O2 Arena, Greenwich, and EPR Architects, where he worked as part of multidisciplinary design teams delivering a range of projects.
In 2021, he established Kstudios Property Services, working closely with private developers, homeowners, and commercial clients to deliver planning-focused design solutions. Since inception, the practice has successfully secured over 120 full planning consents, building a strong reputation with both clients and local planning authorities.
