Warehouse B8 Use – Ealing, London

Our client operated a cash-and-carry business and required additional space to support growth. We designed and secured full planning consent for new warehouse units, maximising floor area and optimising the site’s operational capacity.

Church Renovation – Peckham, London

We assisted our client in transforming a derelict warehouse into a new place of worship. Working closely with the local authority, community stakeholders, and the client, we developed a scheme providing a church auditorium, administration facilities, and Sunday school spaces. Full planning consent was granted. Phase 1 is complete, with Phase 2 feasibility underway for a mixed-use commercial and residential scheme.

Mixed-Use Development – Ealing, London

We worked as part of the design team, producing early-stage feasibility and massing studies to support engagement with the local authority. The proposals responded directly to contextual analysis and local plan policies, focusing on scale, density, and floor area optimisation.

Café & Restaurant – East London

We supported a restaurateur client in securing planning consent for a café and restaurant on a corner plot within a dense urban context. The scheme enhances the local streetscape and provides a high-quality community-focused dining space.

Church Renovation and Change of Use, Nottingham

We secured full planning consent for the change of use of a former gym facility into a modern place of worship, including ancillary community uses. The project involved close collaboration with the client, local authority, and local community.

Waste Research Facility Feasibility – Barking Riverside, London

We developed early feasibility proposals for a waste research facility, featuring a perforated Corten steel façade. The ground floor was conceived as a public-facing gallery space, inviting visitors to engage with sustainable waste management and alternative disposal methods.
