We designed and submitted a pre-application proposal for a brownfield site partly owned by our client and partly by the local authority. The scheme proposes high-quality, sustainable family housing. The client is currently in discussions with the local authority to acquire the remaining land to progress the scheme.
Private Dwelling – Northwood, Ruislip
A bespoke private residence featuring a modern, minimalist frontage. The design incorporates two intersecting seamless glass forms, creating a sculptural yet practical entrance canopy.
Residential Development – East Ham Town Centre
This project involved creating new residential units above existing commercial premises. We secured planning consent for change of use and additional residential floors, delivering a mixed-use scheme approved by the local authority.
3 New Dwellings – Romford, Essex
Following pre-application discussions, we secured full planning consent to redevelop a single dwelling on a corner plot into three new homes for a private developer client.
2 New Dwellings, Harwick, Essex
After purchasing two adjoining plots at auction, our client sought to maximise development value. We undertook detailed site analysis and designed two context-sensitive dwellings, securing full planning consent.

Originally commissioned to design a rear extension, we identified the opportunity to optimise an adjacent vacant plot. With the client’s agreement, we designed a new dwelling and submitted a pre-application proposal to the local authority.
